Spa enquiry, order and installation procedure

The Spa enquiry, purchase and installation procedure is as follows:

For an initial enquiry please Email us by spa enquiry- please tell us:

• Your full name and the address of the property in France including the post code. If it is a rural property please advise whether it is north, south, east or west of the commune mairie and how far it is from the mairie - this helps us to find the property
• The Spa type that you are interested in
• Any other requirements such as paving or decking that you want us advise on

On receipt of your Email

1. We will provide a budget quotation and installation date by Email

2. If the budget quote is of interest to you we will arrange a site visit by our Spa expert - Catherine Witt

3. Catherine will advise you on the various Spa options available, the location options at your property and hopefully answer all the questions that you may have. She will also advise you of the week when your Spa can be delivered and installed and give you an order form with the full Spa specification

4. You can sign the order when she is with you or sign it later and post it to us. A deposit of 50% is payable on the order being placed. This can be by cheque or direct transfer into either our UK or our French bank.

5. Two weeks after the order we will contact you agree a delivery date and time during the previously agreed week

6. The pool will be delivered and installed by Catherine and a driver She will stay at your property until you are fully satisfied that you have all the information that you need to operate and maintain your SPa. This will include a comprehensive instruction manual

7. The balance of the cost is payable by cheque to her before she leaves
