Spa planning, purchase, installation and operation

The location of the Spa is optimised to suit your lifestyle or the requirements of your guests

We will always visit the property where the Spa is to be installed. During the visit our expert will answer your questions, look at the potential location options at your property, discuss the pros and cons of the options with you and advise on the best option from the wide range of Spas that we offer. Often some work may be required to optimise the preferred site - such as decking, screening or possibly new doors into your property or even a bespoke timber building. If you place an order for a Spa with us we will provide a computer drawing of the works required. You will be able to use it to obtain estimates from a local artisan for the work required. If the work is less than 100 kms from our base in Jonzac we may be able to provide a quotation ourselves.

You order the model that best suits your requirements and budget

Our wide range of Spas cover almost every conceivable requirement and every unit will be purpose built for you and it will go through the build process with your name on it - this enables us to provide exactly what you want - at the price you want. You may even opt for a BlueSpa where we build the Spa in reinforced concrete on your site. This is obviously the most expensive option but it is the one that can add the most value to your property.

Your investment in the Spa optimises the attractiveness and value of your property

The objectives in providing Spa's for a gite complex will be very different from the objectives of a retired couple who wish to use the Spa themselves for their own health and leisure. You may also need to take into account visits by grandchildren and the safety of the Spa installation. We will help you through the decision process on an impartial and informed basis.

The Spa is installed and commissioned on the due date and is left in 100% working order.

We will keep you informed as the Spa is built and if we have been delayed for any reason - such as lack of a specific part etc - but this happens very rarely. As soon as we are certain of the Spa completion date we will confirm the delivery date and you will advise us that any work required has been completed and the Spa can be delivered and installed. All that the factory built Spa's require is an electricity supply connected to a breaker in your fuse box. Full details of the power requirements will be included in the contract.

You are fully trained in the use and maintenance of the Spa

Many of the Spa's that we sell will be delivered and installed several hundred kilometres from our warehouse in Jonzac. Hence we will do everything in our power to make sure that you are totally confident in all aspects of Spa operation and maintenance before we leave. You will also have the benefit of a helpline to the same technician that undertake the installation.

The after sales service is prompt and efficient

Mechanical failures in components such as the computer control systems, pumps and valves etc. can occasionally occur even though our Spa's are fully tested before they leave our workshop. If you have a problem we will try and resolve it on the telephone. If this does not resolve the issue we will attend your property within 3 working days, determine what has failed and do our best to get the Spa operational using the stock of spares that are carried by our technicians. If a new part has to be ordered we will supply and install the replacement within 10 working days.

And don't forget - we want you to be absolutely delighted with all aspects of your Spa purchase and installation as otherwise you will not tell your friends about us!
