Enquiry, order and installation procedure

The enquiry, purchase and installation procedure is as follows:

If you require a budget cost by Email click on and fill in the Contact Form. Please fill in all the fields that you can if you just want a budget cost. Otherwise please just provide your name, phone no and Email address and we will telephone you for a discussion.

On receipt of your enquiry

1. We will provide a budget quotation and installation date by Email if we have an installation slot available that suits your requirements

2. If the budget quote is of interest to you we will arrange a site visit by either of our directors - Will and Luke Witt

3. He will survey the pool site, take photographs and collect a copy of the cadastral plan and advise as to whether a preliminary site investigation is necessary

4. We will then Email a Draft comprehensive contract that covers just about everything

5. If the contract is acceptable in principle we will arrange to undertake the site investigation by mini-digger and one of us will undertake the investigation and validate the quotation. We will only charge for the site investigation if you do not place an order for the pool within 14 days after you have received the site investigation report

6. We will email you a Final contract and if it is satisfactory you will sign and return it to us by post

7. We will Email an invoice for the booking fee and you will transfer the fee into our bank account

8. Further payments will be made in accordance with the schedule of payments in the contract and will be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer immediately after receipt of the Emailed invoice

9. We will prepare the drawings for your approval and then apply for planning consent

10. On the first day of installation one of us will deliver the kit to site, inspect the pool excavation and either endorse the construction method identified in the specification or recommend alternatives and agree the way forward with the installation manager and yourself

11. On commissioning of the pool you will be issued with a comprehensive financial statement.

12. Three months after commissioning we will return to the pool site, remedy all defects that you have identied, raise a final invoice by Email for the retention payment and you will pay this to us immediately by Cheque or Bank transfer.
