FAQ's

Question - How does Bluepools make sure that its installation team arrives on the scheduled date?

Answer - We plan the whole year in advance and aim to have the entire pool installation programme in place by the end of December in the previous year. This programme provides several days "float" between each installation to avoid late arrival at the next job. We can also bring in extra labour from other installation teams.

Question - How does Bluepools ensure that it's pool are always built to a consistently high standard of quality.

Answer - All our installation managers and installation teams are highly trained to build each pool in a consistent way. They keep daily records of what they do as well as photographic record of each days work. This data is logged into our server and is reviewed by Will or Luke Witt on a regular basis.

Question - When a problem arises on site how is it overcome?

Answer - If it is a relatively minor issue the installation manager will agree on the way forward with the client. If the issue cannot be resolved like this he will discuss the issue with Will or Luke and then agree on the way forward with the client. If the client is still dissatisfied either Will or Luke will visit the site

Question - Does Bluepools give a fixed firm price for a pool installation?

Answer - The risk of unforeseen ground conditions normally rests with the client, but our standard prices include for a visit by a mini-digger to dig test pits accompanied by either Will or Luke Witt. We will Email you a copy of our site investigation report on the pool site and we will provide a fixed price based on the findings

Question - Are there any other potential extra costs ?

Answer - There are rates in the contract for most eventualities. Normally extras would be costed out in detail using the rates and the cost of the materials involved

Question - If Bluepools digs a test pit can we have the results to issue to competing pool builders?

Answer - Yes, but if you do not place an order with us we will charge 500 euros + TVA for the site investigation

Question - How do we know what we are getting for our money?

Answer - We provide a detailed quotation and specification that describes everything that you need to know

Question - Can Bluepools provide references?

Answer - Yes, if you are about to place an order we will give you the contact details of any of the pools in our Case Histories dossier

Question - Can Bluepools organise finance for your pool project

Answer - Yes and at competitive interest rates - but it is France and the process is a bit bureaucratic
